Fundraising Paraglider reaches Quebec City!

With over 7500 km behind him, Jordan has already shattered the current long-distance record for Powered Paragliding and is thrilled to be presenting to the youth at Camp Keno as part of his Cross-Canada fundraiser.

He will begin a 15-20 minute talk with the Camp Keno's youth at 9:30 AM on August 7th and will launch his glider immediately afterward. Once airborne, the 125+ children will place themselves on a string laid out prior, to take on a giant shape which Jordan will photograph and include in his fund raising documentary book.

"I studied French-Canadian history in high school but am only now visualizing the power of the St. Laurence river and understanding how it enabled Canadian pioneers to develop these beautiful lands long ago" says Jordan.

The funds raised in Quebec will stay in Quebec by helping kids from low-income families attend la Base de Plein Air Jean-Jeune, situated in the Mont-Tremblant area, in 2010.
